Although  it’s February and  25° in the shade, instead of the desired 96° in the shade that we all seem too long for this time of year,  I am still thinking about Summer time food.  So much so, that I will be at a fundraiser:  The 10^th Annual South Jersey’s Men R’ Cookin’; Hats Off to the Boys & Girls Club, cooking Cape May Scallops with Chimichurri.  The recipe and Tickets for the event are still available at www.acbgc.com.
