Tuscan Spiced Warm Goat Cheese Log
4oz. Goat Cheese Log or Button
2Tbsp Chef Walter J’s Tuscan Spice Blend (or you favorite Italian style spice blend)
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
1) Roll goat cheese in Tuscan Spice to coat completely.
2) Preheat oven to 350℉. Place log in an oven proof container in oven for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven & put on a trivet.
3) Pour EVOO over warm spiced log. Serve goat cheese with crackers, pita, crusty bread or other accompaniments: fresh vegetables, roasted peppers, olives, cured meats, etc.
