Morey’s Piers offers a competitive hourly pay rate, a comprehensive benefits package, a bonus program, tuition reimbursement, a 401k plan and more.As a maintenance technician, in this fast paced environment, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot hydraulics and PLCs, demonstrate knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, help to eliminate the down time of rides, and work on special projects and preventative maintenance programs. |
Application Requirements : Qualified candidates should be thorough and have good problem solving skills. Organization, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects are important. Candidates should also be able to work, hands on, in a fast paced environment in order to provide our guests with industry leading amusement safety.
•Must demonstrate a working knowledge of complex wiring schematic diagrams (electrical and mechanical).
•Must have working knowledge of various shop tools and equipment.
•Must be able to perform semi-routine operations of considerable complexity and variety and have an understanding of technical problems.
•Must possess a high degree of analytical ability and independent judgment.
•Work is highly complex and varied at times requiring diversified skills.
•Must be familiar with standard industrial safety rules applicable to this and related jobs.
•Must be thoroughly familiar with standard industrial electrical and mechanical LOTO (Lock out Tag out)

Job Requirements : Education and Experience:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Completion of applicable training program
•Minimum 2 year trade school
•Minimum 2 years industrial experience or two years military experience may be substituted for formal training
