Morey’s Piers offers competitive compensation packages. Many positions will offer a seasonal performance bonus. Wages are paid on a weekly basis in the main season (June - Sept.) and biweekly during the pre and post season. Due to the fact that we are an industry for the public, overtime pay is not required or offered. Employees are paid the flat hourly rate regardless of the number of hours worked per week.
