Water Park Tips & General Information

Morey's Piers in Wildwood, NJ has two Beachfront Water Parks to choose from - Raging Waters Waterpark and Ocean Oasis Waterpark and Beach Club!! Raging Waters Waterpark is located on Mariner’s Landing Amusement Pier (Schellenger Ave) and Ocean Oasis Waterpark + Beach Club is located on Surfside Pier (25th. St). Both beachfront waterparks opened in the mid-1980’s and today include over 50 water orientated rides, slides and attractions. In addition, both beachfront waterparks include a Beach Grille to serve up those hardy appetites.

Beach Resorts Sun Protection

Remember to protect yourself from the sun's rays with a good sunscreen or sunblock, and re-apply throughout the day for maximum skin protection - especially the little ones!

Payment Options

We accept cash, traveler's checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

General Admission

Kindly note that both of our beachfront waterparks are gated and are general admission facilities. As such, all guests entering must pay an admission fee. We do not offer “spectator” admission.

ATM Machines

If you're short of cash, there are ATM services located on each Amusement Pier at Guest Services. Contact a waterpark staff member for directions.

Lost Parents

To help prevent becoming separated from your party, make arrangements to meet at the Guest Services Booth, located inside each Waterpark. If you need assistance finding your child, please contact Guest Services or any member of our friendly staff.

Locker Rentals

Believe it or not, every day we have guests who take their car keys with alarm pads for a swim. This is not good! So, please use our lockers for ALL your personal items, as we do not take responsibility for the loss of any of your valuables. Lockers are available at both waterparks for a nominal fee.

Changing Rooms

Changing areas are located in the bathrooms at both Waterparks. Please be sure to bring swim diapers for infants. Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim diapers are available for purchase at Guest Services.

Safety and First Aid

Over 100 award winning Ellis & Associates trained and licensed Lifeguards are stationed throughout the park for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in pools. They are all here for your safety and service. First Aid Stations are located at both waterparks and are equipped to handle minor care emergencies.

Life Jackets

Both beachfront waterparks have life jackets for guest use at no charge (first come, first serve). They're located throughout the parks in silver bins. Please see any staff member for assistance.

Diapered Infants

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, diapers are not permitted in any pool. All babies and toddlers under the age of 3 are required to wear approved swim diapers when entering any pool or attraction. The changing of diapers is not permitted in pool and deck areas. Changing stations are located in restrooms. Approved waterproof swim diapers are available for purchase at the time of admission or at any waterpark Guest Services.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather, our waterparks will remain open unless there is severe weather in the area (lightning, high winds etc.). Rides and attractions will reopen as soon as the lightning leaves the area. Sorry, no refunds or rain checks are issued in the event of severe weather.

Height Restrictions

At Raging Waters and Ocean Oasis Waterparks, there are no minimum height requirements for any of our rides and attractions.

No Smoking

Since the majority of our waterpark guests are barefoot, both waterparks are designated as non-smoking areas.

Additional Safety Tips and General Information…

As with all physical activities, an element of risk exists in the use of waterpark attractions. Our waterparks are participatory waterparks with physically demanding activities. It is your responsibility to know all instructions and your own limitations, physical capabilities and swimming skills prior to participating.
Persons who are overweight or of a “non-athletic” nature should be aware that some attractions are strenuous with high speeds and aggressive splash pool landings. If you are of a “non-athletic” nature, you should use caution when choosing which activities to participate in. Those who are “overweight” for their body type should not use our attractions.
The entire premises of our waterparks at times can be covered with water. Exercise extreme caution when walking from place to place. No running at any time! Obey Lifeguard and Staff instructions, and observe all instructional signs and recordings at all times. Failure to follow all rules, both written and verbal, can result in serious injury to yourself or others. Violation of rules will result in immediate ejection from park without refund.
We strongly recommend small children and non-swimmers wear a lifejacket and are accompanied by a swimming adult. Lifejackets are provided free of charge and are in metal bins located throughout the waterparks. Personal flotation devices are subject to approval by waterpark safety staff.
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, our waterparks are SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENTS. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, grills, pets, snorkels and diving equipment are not allowed.
Raging Waters and Ocean Oasis are family orientated waterparks. Appropriate swimwear MUST be worn at all times. No “G-Strings”, “thong” swimwear, or any offensive or suggestive clothing is permitted.
Please take proactive measures to secure all loose personal items before using rides and attractions. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Rental lockers are available for a nominal fee.
Our waterparks are general admission facilities. As such, all guests entering the waterparks MUST pay an admission fee. All waterpark guests MUST wear the appropriate waterpark wristband at all times.
We reserve the right to perform physical inspection of any guest or item(s) entering or exiting the park at any time. All bags are subject to search.
The waterparks are subject to close prior to posted closing time due to inclement weather, required maintenance and/or at times with extremely low attendance levels.
