You may purchase additional tickets at Guest Services on the day of the scheduled party. There is an additional charge of $3.00 per person for tickets purchased at Guest Services. Due to space limitations, you may only purchase up to 10 additional tickets on the day of your scheduled party.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of inclement weather, you may reschedule your birthday party to another date.  Please call our office by 10 am on the day of your party if you wish to reschedule.  Birthday party tickets do not have an expiration date, and may be used  the following year if you are unable to reschedule for the current year.  Birthday party tickets are considered an advance sale and are NOT refundable.
