ASSOCIATE SAFETY

Morey’s Piers employs over 1500 associates each summer, with all associates expecting and deserving a safe and secure work environment. To help ensure a safe workplace, Morey’s Piers provides associates with specific safety training for all positions. Our internal Associate Injury Response Team reviews any associate injury that occurs at Morey’s Piers within 24 hours of its occurrence to understand exactly how the injury occurred and what can be done to ensure it never happens again.

Communication

Our commitment to guest and associate safety continues throughout the season with pre-shift meetings, area bulleting board postings, and memos. These tools are extremely valuable to ensuring that our associates are always well informed and safety minded.
