FRIDAY APRIL 20:

Check in begins.  Arrive at the Pan American Hotel and enjoy a welcome reception in the hospitality room.

7pm

Join us in the Penthouse Suite of the Pan American for a “meet and greet” of your fellow dancers and instructors.

SATURDAY APRIL 21:

7am

Breakfast begins in the hotel restaurant.

8:30-10am 

Trolley service begins to take you to dance classes at the Wildwoods Convention Center.

9am

Classes& workshops begin.

12-1pm

Lunch is served at the Wildwoods Convention Center.

1pm

Classes and workshops continue.

2:30-4:30pm

Trolley  service back to hotel.

6-7:30pm

Trolley service begins back to the convention center.

6:30-7:30pm

Cocktail party at the Wildwoods Convention Center.

7:30-12pm

Ballroom at the Beach Dinner Dance.

(Trolley service will begin at 10:30-12:30am for returns to the hotel.)

SUNDAY APRIL 22:

Trolley service to convention center

Dance classes.
