Dear Friends and Guests,
This has no doubt been a very challenging time for all of us. Surely, we are now living in unprecedented times as our Nation struggles to effectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are seeing cancellations and shutdowns around the world and we think it's safe to say - we all find ourselves in uncharted waters.
Morey’s Piers and Resorts is postponing opening day until Mother’s Day Weekend. In addition to the postponement of our annual seasonal opening, we are also taking significant measures to protect our valued staff by implementing an immediate short-term ceasing of all operations, including our contractors. This will allow us time to assess and implement new safety and sanitization standards in the workplace.
As you can well imagine, we have been closely monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 situation and are considering all necessary actions needed to mitigate adverse impacts on our staff and guests. We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean, and safe service and are striving to make the best decisions with the best information available to us.
The Center for Disease Control has been a terrific resource to help us better understand this pandemic and navigate these difficult waters. If you have not done so already, we urge you to join us in researching and adhering to their guidelines - it's for everyone’s safety, including yours.
If there is a potential for a silver lining, it may very well be how so many people are coming together to cohesively fight for a return to normalcy. And when that occurs, our family looks forward to welcoming you and your family back to the beach and boardwalk.

Frequently Asked Questions
I purchased Breakfast with the Easter Bunny tickets?
Tickets have been refunded back onto the credit card you used to purchase. The refund should appear within the next 10 business days. Please note that 10 days was typical, there may be additional delays with financial institutions due to circumstances associated with Covid-19.
If you paid with a Morey’s Piers gift card, that gift card has been reimbursed. That gift card can now be used for additional online or onsite purchases. If you no longer have that gift card please email us at email@example.com and provide us with: your first and last name, the first and last name of the purchaser and any order information that you may have. We will get back to you as quickly as possible with your gift card information.
If you do not see a credit after 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
I booked the Easter Bunny Hop Hotel Package at The Starlux or Blue Palms Hotel?
All reservations are being canceled and refunded. If you have not already received your refund, please call (609) 522-7412.
Our Spring Sale pricing is currently available via our online store and will remain available through May 8, 2020. If you would like to take advantage of these savings you can do so by visiting, https://www.moreyspiers.com/spring-sale.
Currently, we are unable to provide the opportunity for walk up sales. For the health and safety of our team members and guests all purchases must be completed online, and we are currently unable to activate Wild Passes prior to opening.
Tickets and Refunds
Tickets WITHOUT an Expiration date
Tickets cards and general admission ride and water park passes that have been purchased and do not have an expiration date will be valid when we re-open. These tickets DO NOT expire and therefore can be used this season or any season hereafter. These are non-refundable admission types.
Tickets WITH an Expiration date
These ticket types will be addressed as we move closer to these events. We are hopeful that these events will take place as scheduled and you will be able to enjoy your purchase as you originally intended. These include friends & family passes, event registrations, and add-on items. Should the event be postponed, or cancelled in its entirety, additional accommodations will be made and communicated to those registered for the event. Tickets that expire at the end of the 2020 Season
For admission valid for the 2020 season only, or that expire upon closing on October 11, 2020, we plan to will accept them through the close of the 2021 season. This includes any Food and Beverage Credit that came with your purchase. To redeem, visit a pier or water park ticket booth - this season or next - and follow the instructions listed on your voucher.
Wild Season Passes
We understand that our current planned opening of May 8th, 2020 means that some of you may miss a few weeks of early season fun and that some of the perks associated with your Wild Pass will lapse. Please review the FAQs below for current adjustments to your Wild Pass perks:
What happens to my bonus “Bring a Friend” Day if I purchased a Wild Season Pass prior to November 26, 2019?
For Wild Season Passes, Wild Passes Over 25 years, and Wild Passes for guests under 42”, the bonus “Bring a Friend” day previously valid any day thru June 30, 2020, will now be valid on any day of the 2020 season. *
What happens to my “Bring a Friend” Day valid on April 11, 2020 (Morey’s original opening day)?
For Wild Season Passes, Wild Passes Over 25 years, Wild Passes for guests under 42”, and 65+ Wild Passes, the “Bring a Friend” day valid on April 11, 2020, will now be valid on any day of the 2020 season. *
* To redeem, the wild pass holder must bring their pass card (and friend receiving the perk) to any open Guest Service window to receive your wristbands. If you visit on a day when our water park(s) are open, you can receive a Same Day Combo for free ($79 value). This offer is only valid to guests who choose to use their pass in 2020. The wild pass holder MUST be present to redeem.
What if I decide I am no longer comfortable or do not wish to use my Wild Pass this season following the COVID-19 outbreak?
You can take advantage of the options below:
- Transfer your 2020 Wild Pass to another guest.
- Activate your pass for the 2021 season.
- Exchange for a different admissions option.
How do I transfer my pass to someone else?
Email email@example.com and provide the following: passholders first name, last name, date of birth, and the order number from your voucher if you have it. In addition, please provide the first name, last name, and date of birth of the pass holder who you would like the pass transferred to. We will reply to your email with further details on how to redeem your pass.
How do I use my pass in the 2021 season?
Do not redeem your season pass voucher during the 2020 season and we will automatically activate your pass for the 2021 season. Please note, if your Wild Pass is used at any time during the 2020 season this offer is no longer valid.
How do I exchange my Wild Pass for a different admission option?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following: passholders first name, last name, date of birth, and the order number from your voucher if you have it. Please indicate what admission options you would like to exchange your Wild Pass for. When exchanging to a different admission type you cannot exceed the value of the pass at the time you purchased. For example, if you purchased a general Wild Pass at Tier 1 pricing, the value that you can exchange for is $275. No cash or credit refunds will be issued. These options do not apply to complementary Wild Passes that have been issued and "Summer Funner" Lifetime Wild Pass holders.

What if I make a booking while you are closed?
All reservations for the 2020 season will be subject to an amended cancellation policy up until June 1st, 2020. Your first night’s room rate (plus tax) is required as a deposit to make a reservation.
For reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival, 75% of your deposit will be refunded, 25% of your deposit can be applied to a future stay during the 2020 season. For reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of your deposit can be applied to a future stay during the 2020 season. Our plan for our standard cancellation policy to resume after June 1, 2020.
