BEACH JAM REFUND POLICY. Pre-purchased tickets for Beach Jam are non-refundable.  If your troop wishes to reschedule their visit, you may transfer your Beach Jam Admission tickets to a future Beach Jam event.   Pre-purchased meal tickets and add-ons may only be redeemed on the date printed on their voucher and cannot be honored at subsequent Beach Jam events. Please contact the group sales department by emailing beach.jam@moreyspiers.com if you wish to transfer your event tickets to a future event.  Include your order number and contact information.

BEACH JAM RAIN POLICY. Beach Jam is a rain or shine event. Morey’s Piers will make every attempt to operate during inclement weather as long as conditions are safe, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Morey’s Piers. Morey’s Piers reserves the right to delay the start of Beach Jam, shorten or reschedule the event if severe weather conditions exist.
