Morey’s Piers is seeking a skilled individual who enjoys training others, to join our Pier Operations team.

As a Training Specialist, you will facilitate company and departmental trainings, perform individual and group ride trainings, conduct in-service classes, and complete operational audits of our facilities and Associates.

The Training Specialist position is seasonal and part time, running from March until September, offering an hourly rate of pay, a free season pass for yourself, up to 4 discounted season passes for dependents, as well as food and merchandise discounts.  All training and certification will be provided on site; however, training or teaching experience is a plus.  Hours are flexible and vary from 15-30 hours per week, with days, nights and weekends available.  Candidates must:

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Be able to walk/stand for up to 6 hours.

Our Inventory/Receiving Support team operates with a primary focus on providing our piers and water parks with all the materials they need to provide excellent service to our guests. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: receiving deliveries, delivering product between locations throughout our facilities, and assisting in inventory tracking while maintaining clean and organized warehouse/storage areas. Are you ready to join this team!


Are you looking to use your EMT skills in a unique environment? Morey’s Piers is seeking EMTs to join our Pier Operations Team.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering and documenting First Aid provided to Guests and Associates of Morey’s Piers. EMTs will also be required to assist in pier operations as needed.


Are you looking to use your EMT skills in a unique environment? Our water parks are seeking EMTs for the upcoming season. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering First Aid to Guests and Associates of Morey’s Piers. EMTs will also be required to assist in outside water park operations as needed.


Seasonal Night Watch & Asset Protection staff are responsible for the overall protection of company assets and property of Morey's Piers and Water Parks during the overnight hours. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: keeping ongoing logs of daily events; documenting all pertinent information such as emergency calls, burglar alarms and fire alarms, etc.; conducting regular foot, bicycle and vehicle patrols of the amusement piers and water parks. A competitive hourly wage is offered.  


We specialize in providing our guests with quality and fun merchandise whether it’s souvenirs, clothing or simply something for that sunburn. Retail is a small but dynamic department, with options to work in various retail outlets including The Morey Store, ride photo booths and other locations. Retail associates engage our guests; keep store areas clean, attractive and properly merchandised; and greet everyone with a friendly attitude.  


The Special Events Team provides support to the Sales and Marketing Teams during the implementation of scheduled events on Morey’s Piers. This is a part time, flexible position and Morey’s Piers does NOT guarantee team members a minimum number of hours weekly, monthly or seasonally. Members of the team are are expected to be available to work for the majority of events held throughout the season.  


Cash Control associates are responsible for providing all functions relative to making, issuing, counting and auditing cashier banks. Must have strong math skills, mechanical aptitude and the ability to resolve errors and other reconciliation and /or Cash Recycler related responsibilities. This is a small department with limited positions.
