EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT) - WATER PARK
Are you looking to use your EMT skills in a unique environment? Our water parks are seeking EMTs for the upcoming season. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering First Aid to Guests and Associates of Morey’s Piers. EMTs will also be required to assist in outside water park operations as needed.
We specialize in providing our guests with quality and fun merchandise whether it’s souvenirs, clothing or simply something for that sunburn. Retail is a small but dynamic department, with options to work in various retail outlets including The Morey Store, ride photo booths and other locations. Retail associates engage our guests; keep store areas clean, attractive and properly merchandised; and greet everyone with a friendly attitude.
SPECIAL EVENTS TEAM
The Special Events Team provides support to the Sales and Marketing Teams during the implementation of scheduled events on Morey’s Piers. This is a part time, flexible position and Morey’s Piers does NOT guarantee team members a minimum number of hours weekly, monthly or seasonally. Members of the team are are expected to be available to work for the majority of events held throughout the season.
PARKING LOT ATTENDANT
We all know that parking in the Wildwoods is hard to come by these days but Morey’s Piers operates several parking facilities. Be the first smiling face to greet our guests as they kick off the fun filled day or night at the Boardwalk. Responsibilities include charging and collecting the proper fee per vehicle for parking.
As a member of our Ride Operations team, the Senior Supervisor will assist in the management of up to 30 rides and attractions, oversee up to 150 seasonal front line staff and manage a team of up to 12 seasonal supervisors on one facility. Management includes, but is not limited to, training, supervising and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all attractions as well as adherence to safety policies and procedures by Associates, providing corrective action as well as recognition accordingly. The Senior Supervisor will interact with Guests to ensure exceptional experience and manage Guest concerns effectively.
This is a seasonal, position, mid-April to mid-October, offering hourly pay with scheduled shifts, including days, nights and weekends, totaling 60+ hours per week between May 1 and August 31.Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk or stand for up to 8 hours.
