Morey’s Piers Toasts Moms on Mother’s Day with Teatime and Brunch
The Pan American Hotel and Port Royal Hotel Offer Weekend Stay Packages
The Wildwoods, NJ – April XX, 2019 – The whole family is invited to celebrate moms this Mother’s Day at Morey’s Piers with the annual tea-riffic tea party on the Tea Cups ride, brunch at Jumbo’s Grub & Pub, and weekend stay packages at The Pan American Hotel and Port Royal Hotel.
On Sunday, May 12, mothers visiting the classic shore side destination will ride free from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Mariner’s and Surfside Piers. From 12:00pm to 2:00pm, familiesare invited to Mariner’s Pier to grab a seat in an oversized “English tea cup” and sip complimentary afternoon tea with an assortment of cookies, biscotti, and biscuits.
Also from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, kids can decorate personalized sugar cookies for mom at the cookie decorating station located next to the Tea Cup ride. Tea and cookies are available while supplies last. The Parents Pavilion on Mariner’s Pier will be transformed into a photo area complete with signs and props for mom and the whole family to take pictures.
From 11:00am to 3:00pm Jumbo’s Grub & Pub on Mariner’s Pier will serve up a special Mother’s Day brunch featuring pancakes, the signature shrimp omelet, breakfast burger, Mahi Reuben, a sausage scramble and a BLT with fried egg. The restaurant will also be shaking up cocktails to toast mom including a classic Mimosa, Bloody Mary and Bloody Maria.
Available May 10 through 12, The Pan American Hotel and Port Royal Hotel are offering family stay weekend packages that include a two-night stay for two adults and up to two children (in one room), one day admission to amusement rides at Morey’s Piers and one complimentary breakfast per person at the onsite restaurant. Prices start at $415 per family at both hotels. Couples can also stay with rates starting at $370 that includes a two-night stay for two adults, two breakfasts per person, one lunch per person, and one dinner per person at the onsite restaurant. Rooms subject to availability; price does not include hotel tax.
