Two New Custom Halloween Attractions at Morey’s Will Strike FEAR In To Guests’ Hearts

September 6, 2012

Morey’s FEARS- Terror on the Boardwalk will return next month with two new reasons to scream.

Staff and crew members are working on two new custom attractions that will only be available during Morey’s FEARS:

The Other Side - The Pirates of the Wildwoods have set sail for warmer waters, leaving their boardwalk home dark and deserted – well, nearly deserted! It seems some unfriendly spirits have taken up residence in the walls. Pay a visit to the unsettled spirits of the Wildwoods’ past and descend into a strange encounter of the paranormal kind in this all-new attraction.

Terror Trench - For the first time ever, we’re inviting brave guests to explore a fascinating and frightening community, uncovered in the twists and turns of a toxic trench discovered during the construction of River Adventure in Raging Water Waterpark. This “mole” community has been living in what Morey’s Piers has dubbed Terror Trench for more than 30 years, and it’s quite a disturbing sight. BEWARE: the Trench occupants have not been exposed to mainstream society in decades so we urge you to use caution. There’s no telling how they will react to outsiders.

In addition to these two new haunts, you’ll encounter dark incarnations of your favorite Morey’s summer rides and have an opportunity to embark on a cryptic cruise on the Ghost Ship; hunt through  the corn stalks in CornStalkers; and creep through the corridors of CarnEVIL.

You’ll find these one-of-a-kind attractions ONLY at Morey’s FEARS - Terror on the Boardwalk at Morey’s Piers in the Wildwoods, NJ.

Morey’s FEARS - Terror on the Boardwalk will infect Mariner’s Landing from 7 p.m.-11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays October 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27. Morey’s FEARS is a general admission, gated event and tickets are required.

Be warned: this event is NOT for the faint of heart (or children under 8). Guests are not permitted to wear masks, costumes and/or makeup to the event.
