Morey’s OktoQuest 2026: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Morey Organization, Inc., doing business as Morey’s Piers and Beachfront Water Parks (“Morey’s”), 3501 Boardwalk, Wildwood, NJ 08260.

2. Entry period

12:00:01 AM ET on Friday, September 18, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, October 11, 2026, the four Oktoberfest weekends.

3. Who can enter

Members of The FAM Club, which is open to individual U.S. residents aged 13 or older. Members under the age of majority in their state need a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission, and a prize won by a minor is awarded to that parent or guardian. Associates and employees of Morey’s and its affiliates, their immediate family and household members, and anyone who receives a complimentary Season Pass are not eligible. Limit one FAM Club account per person. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

Each OktoQuest badge earned during the entry period is one (1) entry.

   • Join The FAM Club. It’s free in the Morey’s Piers app. Joining earns the Willkommen badge, which is one entry with no purchase of any kind, and it counts the same as every other entry.
   • Earn the other badges by scanning your FAM Club Member ID before you pay at a participating location. There are seven badges in total: Willkommen, Das First Rodeo, O’zapft is!, Das Twisted, Das Boardwalk Crawl, Shnitz & Giggles and Das Full Tummy.

Each member can earn each badge once, for a maximum of seven (7) entries. A purchase that isn’t scanned at the time of sale doesn’t earn a badge. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are disqualified.

5. Prize conditions

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Morey’s may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. To claim the prize, the winner provides their email address. A Morey’s team member will email the winner a confirmation when passes for the 2027 season go on sale (expected by November 1, 2026), and the Jersey Girl and PigDog cards will be sent by email at the same time. The passes are subject to the 2027 Season Pass terms. The Brownie Points are added to the winner’s FAM Club account and follow the FAM Club Terms, including expiration. The Jersey Girl and PigDog cards can’t be used for alcohol.

6. The drawing

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about October 25, 2026 and notified at the email address on their FAM Club account. The winner must respond within five (5) business days. If they don’t respond or aren’t eligible, an alternate is drawn. If the prize is still unclaimed after three (3) attempts, Morey’s may decline to award it or award it at its discretion.

7. Publicity and privacy

Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Morey’s may use their name, city and likeness to announce the winner, without further payment. Personal information is handled under the Morey’s Piers Privacy Policy.

8. General

Morey’s may cancel, suspend or modify OktoQuest if fraud, technical failure or anything else beyond its control affects the promotion’s fairness. By entering, entrants release Morey’s and its affiliates from any liability arising from the promotion or the use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

9. FAM Club Terms apply

OktoQuest is a FAM Club promotion. Participation is also subject to The FAM Club Terms & Conditions and the Morey’s Piers Terms and Conditions.
