Weekly In-Service & Trainings
All water park staff (Lifeguards, Admissions & Park Services) are required to attend 1 hour of mandatory in-service per week. In-service will be built into your weekly schedule and you MUST attend your assigned in-service. If you miss in-service, you MUST see a manager immediately.
LIFEGUARDS - If your schedule says "INS", this is your scheduled morning in-service. In-service begins at 8am SHARP!!! Please arrive a few minutes EARLY (7:50am) because if you are late, you will not be admitted and you will have to make it up. Please be ready to get wet, all Lifeguard in-services involve water skills practice.
Finally, in-service will NEVER be cancelled due to weather. Please report to in-service rain or shine.
Day Off Requests

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. See the Day Off Request Form for additional details and restrictions.
- ADMISSIONS & PARK SERVICES: Schedule Requests MUST be submitted through www.WhenToWork.com.
- SUPERVISORS: Schedule Requests MUST be submitted according to the process we provided to you.
