Weekly In-Service & Trainings
All water park staff (Lifeguards, Admissions & Park Services) are required to attend 1 hour of mandatory in-service per week. In-service will be built into your weekly schedule and you MUST attend your assigned in-service. If you miss in-service, you MUST see a manager immediately.
LIFEGUARDS - If your schedule says "INS", this is your scheduled morning in-service. In-service begins at 8am SHARP!!! Please arrive a few minutes EARLY (7:50am) because if you are late, you will not be admitted and you will have to make it up. Please be ready to get wet, all Lifeguard in-services involve water skills practice.
Finally, in-service will NEVER be canceled due to weather. Please report to in-service rain or shine.
Day Off Requests

Admission & Park Services Schedule Requests MUST be submitted through www.WhenToWork.com. Supervisor Schedule Requests MUST be submitted according to the process we provided you.
