Cancellation Policy - 75% of the deposit is refundable if we are notified 15 days prior to the arrival date. 25% service charge will be deducted. Deposits are not transferable to other persons or dates. No deposit refund if cancelled within 14 days. · Rooms are not rented to guests under the age of 25. The Hotel is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. · One Automobile per room. A valid hotel Parking Tag must be displayed, or the vehicle is subject to being towed. · Check-out time is 11 am. If I fail to check out at this time, I realize I may be charged for another night's room rent, or my possessions may be moved to a storage location. No Smoking and no Pets allowed on the property. If reported, a $250 room cleaning fee will be charged each day. I agree to the rate(s) and date of departure as noted above. A refund will not be given for early departure. I agree that I am personally liable for all room charges and any damages to my room(s). My credit card may be charged at any time for these charges. Unruly or noisy behavior will not be tolerated on hotel property. I agree to depart the property without protest if asked to do so by the management. The Pool is open 10 am-8 pm. I understand that when no lifeguard is present, persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, that swimming alone is prohibited, and that the swimming area shall be closed when the owner or manager is not on the premises. The management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or any other valuables. Balance is due upon arrival, in Cash, Traveler Checks, Visa, or Mastercard. No Personal Checks are accepted. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Cots and Cribs may cost extra. I agree for myself and on behalf of everyone for whom I am registering that any claim that is made as a result of our stay may only be brought in the courts of Cape May County, New Jersey, and not in any other jurisdiction.
