The holder of this ticket agrees that all claims made against Morey's Piers or any employee or agent of it, including any claims of personal injury, will be brought in the state courts of Cape May County, New Jersey, and not in any other jurisdiction. Morey's Piers reserves the right to change operating days and hours without notice. Not for resale.
Lost or stolen tickets can't be replaced. Duplication of Morey's Piers tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets are not eligible for refunds, rainchecks, or exchanges. This ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of park rules will result in expulsion without refund.
The use of this ticket is subject to the safety and other terms and conditions contained within the "Official Guide to Morey's Piers and Water Parks."
