The Morey Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Benefits/Payroll Support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing all administrative aspects of the company benefit plans, 401k reporting and ACA compliance. Additional responsibilities include providing support to our payroll processing area (tipped experience a plus).
Candidates should possess the following qualities: team oriented; able to work in a high intensity environment; excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills; detail oriented and able to multi-task; computer literate; positive attitude and strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 1-2 years working in a benefits/payroll environment is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must. Individuals must be able to work a flexible schedule.
This position is a full time, benefitted, year round role based in our Wildwood, NJ office.
