Oktoberfest at Morey's
Bust out your lederhosen and raise your steins for the best Oktoberfest celebration this side of the Atlantic. Enjoy live music, traditional German fare, and all the games and rides you know and love at Morey’s Piers.
Oktoberfest will run weekends from September 18 through October 11. The Pier will be decked out with Oktoberfest-themed decorations, and each weekend will feature live music, festive roaming musicians, authentic German fare, and activities for all ages!
Join us on Saturday, September 19th at 6:00 PM as the Morey family and team officially kick off Oktoberfest with our ceremonial keg tapping. The celebration coincides with the finish of the Boardwalk Bier Run and will be followed by the first Stein-Holding Competition of the season at approximately 6:15 PM.
Think you have what it takes to hold your stein high? Put your strength to the test during our Stein-Holding Competitions, held Fridays and Saturdays at 7:15 PM and Sundays at 2:45 PM. Following the adult competition, little ones can get in on the fun with our kids Root Bier Stein-Holding Competition, featuring a Simon Says-style twist! To participate, adults must have a full stein and kids must have a full kids Root Bier at the start of the competition. Please note, there will be no Stein-Holding Competition on Friday, September 18.

Enjoy live music all through Oktoberfest, catch the Game, dance, party or just relax in the Biergarten while listening to a stellar lineup of Live music.
Boardwalk Bier Run
Saturday, September 19th
Lace up your sneaks and get ready for a bier-tastic good time at Morey’s Boardwalk Bier Run, an inaugural event to kick off our Oktoberfest celebration.
The 2-mile course steps off at PigDog Beach at 5:00 pm, following the high tide line north to Surfside Pier. Enjoy your first beverage at Curley’s on 26th & Boardwalk. The next leg takes you along the scenic Wildwood boardwalk heading south, past Mariner’s Pier and onto Adventure Pier for your next liquid refreshment. Then it’s off the east end of Adventure Pier and back onto the beach.
The finish is at Wilhelms on Mariner’s Pier where you’ll be rewarded with a commemorative stein filled with your celebratory bier and a giant soft pretzel. Hang out with your friends and enjoy live music and a festive atmosphere!
