Sunny Claus is Coming to Town!

Sunny Claus, all the way from the North Pole, has arrived in Wildwood, NJ, to spread Holiday Cheer as the newest addition to the Sunny the Seagull Flock. Sunny Claus will be available at local markets, but additionally 200 lucky winners will be sent a Sunny Claus of their own!

Here's how you can enter for a chance to win Sunny Claus:

1. Entry Period:
   1. The Entry Period for the Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 20, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 5, 2024.
2. How to Enter:
   1. Opt-In for Text Messages (No Purchase Necessary): Fill out the form at www.moreyspiers.com/sunnyclaus... to receive text messages from Morey’s Piers by January 5, 2024 for one (1) entry.
      1. Participants who enter by 12:00 AM on November 28, 2023 will be eligible for Drawing #1.
         1. Non-Winning entrants will automatically be rolled over to Drawing #2.
      2. Participants who enter after 12:00 AM on November 28, 2023, but before 12:00 AM on January 5,2024 will be eligible for Drawing #2.
   2. Entrants may earn a maximum of one (1) entries.
      1. Those previously Opted-In will automatically be entered.
3.  Drawings:
   1. Drawing #1: 100 winners will be drawn on November 28, 2023 with the fulfillment process beginning immediately.
      1. While delivery prior to Christmas cannot be guaranteed, we will ship as quickly as possible.
   2. Drawing #2: 100 additional winners will be drawn on January 9,2024 with shipping immediately to follow.
4. Winner Notification:
   1. Winners will be notified via email, within 24-48 hours of the drawing.  If a winner does not reply within 96 hours confirming their mailing address, or is found ineligible, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prize:
   1. Winners will receive “Sunny Claus,” the newest, Christmas themed member to the Sunny the Seagull line.

      1. YES! We will be selling Sunny Claus at 3 markets in the Wildwoods this holiday season: Wildwood Holiday Shopping Village on Saturday November 25, Holidays at Henville at MudHen Crew Co on December 3 and 10.
   2. Are you selling Sunny Claus online?
      1. Unfortunately Sunny Claus is only available at the Markets above and through this contest.  We are not able to sell online at this time.
