It is of extreme importance that you complete these forms and mail them back to us. All forms must be received by morey's piers within 30 days of receiving a job offer. Please read, complete and print all required employment forms. All forms are typable documents. Forms requiring your signature must be signed in blue or black ink. If paperwork is not completed accurately and in its entirety, we cannot process it and you may experience employment processing delays. You may have to wait several days before beginning employment and/or you may have errors in your paycheck/social security. Always use your permanent address (your address where you live in your home country or your parent's address. Do not use an American address unless your permanent residence is the US). Always write your name as it appears on your passport (or for US citizens, your Social Security Card). Do not use nicknames. All documents must match your passport name (or your Social Security Card for US citizens). Finally, whenever you are completing information that requires a date the United States standard is: month/day/year (MM/DD/YYYY). For example: February 26, 2012 would read: 02/26/2012.
Please be prepared for your first day! All associates MUST download and read "Image Counts" AND "First Day Requirements" before arriving for their first day of work. These documents contain important appearance and uniform guidelines, as well as information on uniform items you must purchase before arriving. Associates that do not meet the exact guidelines contained in this document will not be permitted to start work.
